Jules is an elected leader, graduate of Emerge Oregon and is completing her Master’s Degree in Strategic Communication at the University of Oregon.
A long-time community leader and organizer, she served as President of the West Linn-Wilsonville Education Foundation and Vice President of Operations for the West Linn Softball Association.
She has proven expertise in digital marketing, social media marketing, and crisis communications. She loves to apply her knowledge toward campaigns that support healthy communities through social justice, equal rights, and equal access.

Joe has produced award-winning live events for over 30 years. In that time, there isn’t much in the world of events and media that he hasn’t done.
His senior level live event management experience runs from high-end incentives to massive user conferences. He has managed complex product demos involving virtual reality, augmented reality, drones, and web and mobile apps.
He prides himself on his strong client relationships and his ability to fine-tune the details to achieve strategic outcomes.
